A space that's all yours
AJT Connect and all related activities do not, under any circumstances, constitute a space over which AJTVIRTUAL exercises control.
This is a shared workspace provided for you to carry out your project with us. Whatever you upload here (texts, voice messages, images, documents, design files, and above all, your ideas and concepts) remains your property. AJTVIRTUAL does not claim any rights to it and uses it for one purpose only: to carry out the project you entrust to us.
This rule is not a matter of convenience: it is our internal policy, strictly enforced for every project, without exception.
Our Commitments
Six rules, with no exceptions or caveats.
Nothing is ever disclosed.
We never disclose, publish, sell, rent, or transfer your data, ideas, or concepts—not to partners, not to other clients, and not to anyone else.
Your ideas are only useful for your project.
The information you share is never reused elsewhere: not for another client, not for our own products, and not for our communications.
Discretion—even when it comes to your project's name.
We will not mention your name, your company, or your project anywhere without your written consent. This also applies to our references.
Strictly limited access.
Only AJTVIRTUAL staff members working on your project will access your account, and only to help move the project forward.
No ads, no tracking.
Neither the app nor the client area contains any advertising or audience measurement tools. Your activity is not tracked, profiled, or sold to third parties.
Nothing happens automatically without your knowledge.
Your content is not subject to any automated analysis. If such a feature were ever offered, it would be optional, announced in advance, and would only be applied with your explicit consent.
How We Keep Them
A promise is only as good as the resources behind it. Here are ours, in concrete terms.
Hosted in Switzerland
The application, its API, the database, and your files are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva), which is ISO 27001-certified.
Quantified Exchanges
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Our emails are sent from our email server, which is also hosted in Switzerland.
Files That Have Never Been Exposed
Your files are not linked to any public address. They can only be opened using signed links—which are valid for a few hours—that our servers issue only to you and the team after verifying your connection.
Secure Access
Your password is never stored in plain text: our servers only keep an irreversible hash of it, just like your login token. You can see which devices are connected to your account at any time and can disconnect them.
A team that is accountable
Every change our team makes to your account, orders, or documents is recorded in an internal log, along with the date.
STRUKTUR stays in your space
STRUKTUR does not send any emails: its content never leaves your device. Data that has not yet been saved is temporarily stored—while it is being sent—in the app’s designated storage area on your device or in your browser.
Discreet Emails
AJTASK's follow-up emails include a short excerpt from your request or our response, so you know what they're about. That's all.
Separate payments
Card payments are processed through Stripe's secure interface: we never receive your card information.
The only third parties involved
No other third parties have access to AJT Connect. Here are the parties involved and what information they receive.
You're in control
- You can view and edit your contact information at any time from your profile.
- Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of what you submitted.
- You can delete your account yourself, either in the app or in the web-based client area. The deletion is immediate and permanent: your STRUKTUR documents (blocks, files, comments, and history), your AJTASK requests, and their files will be deleted.
- Only accounting documents (quotes, invoices, receipts, and payments) are retained for ten years, as required by Swiss law. They do not include your STRUKTUR documents or your AJTASK requests.
The only exception: the law
There is only one situation in which we may be required to disclose information: a decision by a competent Swiss authority, within the framework provided by law. In such a case, we would disclose only what is strictly required, and—unless prohibited by law—we would notify you.
We'd rather be upfront with you than promise the impossible.
Our Setting
These commitments are in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and, for our customers in the European Union, the GDPR. They supplement our privacy policy. Any changes will be posted here, along with the date; none will reduce the protection of the information you have already entrusted to us.
